perfect service, a luxurious stay

I stayed in a conjoining room during a family trip. the rooms included a washing machine, a game changer. the staff helped take care of things i didn't even realize i needed. scarlet helped us . She speaks at least three languages.
the ac temperature was locked at 22 degrees. this wasn't optimal for sleeping as i sleep best in lower temperatures.

the hotel had a great pickup and drop off mini bus service. it would drop you off or pick you up within 1km. pool amenities included a steam room and sauna, they were gorgeous.

The staff are amazing and fun. Nothing is too much trouble for them. kaew, the concierge, was super helpful. I found him attentive to my needs. i felt welcome and well taken care of.

Mixed experience, some issues need attention

The room had some issues. The air conditioning was locked at 22 degrees. It was not comfortable for sleeping. the windows were dirty. It made it hard to take pictures and enjoy the view. The cold water tap also gave hot water, and I burned myself.
