handy washing machine nice body lotion friendly staff locked ac temperature dirty windows sub-optimal sleep
I found the washing machine in the room super handy. It was really useful for keeping clothes clean after exploring. The body lotion they provided was also very nice, it helped with the dry weather. The staff were very friendly, they answered every question I had.
I found the AC temperature was locked at 22 degrees. It wasn't optimal for sleeping because I prefer lower temperatures.

Mixed experience, some issues need attention
locked air conditioning dirty windows
The room had some issues. The air conditioning was locked at 22 degrees. It was not comfortable for sleeping. the windows were dirty. It made it hard to take pictures and enjoy the view. The cold water tap also gave hot water, and I burned myself.
